- Club zed is a mobile download service that houses a variety of tones (mono and poly tones), graphics (logos, picture messages, MMS, animated MMS), info-graphic downloads (Cookies, MMS Horoscope & Guru), and Java contents (games and phone applications). What’s more, the club always offers the hottest and the latest exclusive mobile content.
- Club zed member receives an SMS alert (if he is an Old Tech Club member), or a WAP push link (if he is a New Tech Club member) that indicates what free item he can get on a daily basis. Membership to the club is at P5 per day. The user’s P5 membership fee also entitles him to ONE Download Credit daily which can be used to get other items on top of his daily FREE item.
- A user can download ONE FREE item a day for his daily P5 membership fee. FREE item can be a tone, graphic, or Java content. A user can also get other contents on top of his free daily item by using his accumulated Download Credits.
- To subscribe to Club zed and avail of free daily tones/graphics, user needs to send ZTONE (for non-MMS phone users) or ZPOLY (for MMS phone users) to 288. Upon doing so, he receives a message confirming his subscription to Club zed and the current ZTONE or ZPOLY content. Subscription is free of charge.
- To cancel his subscription, all the user needs to do is send CLUBZM OFF (for Old Tech Club members) or CLUBZ OFF (for New Tech Club members) to 288. Cancellation is free of charge.
- YES. The user can rejoin if he wishes by sending ZTONE or ZPOLY to 288.
- User can send CLUB to 288 to get more information on Club zed.

- Club zed is open to all SMART and Talk N’ Text subscribers.
- Club zed works on most handsets. Once you log into the Club zed WAP site, only compatible products will be displayed on the pages.
- If you are a SMART or Talk N’ Text user, you can Activate and Download MMS/GPRS/3G phone settings by sending SET (phone model) to 211 (Ex. SET N6600).
- Upon receiving the configuration settings, select "Save All" to save the settings in the phone.
- Selected MMS and GPRS handsets already have pre-loaded phone settings.
- Activation of MMS and GPRS will require a confirmation message from SMART. A message will be sent to the sub once the feature has been activated.
- It may be that your cellphone does not support Nokia mono tones or polyphonic tones. You should verify your handset’s capabilities. Please check your cellphone’s user manual for more info.

- To download, user sends the assigned Club zed CODE to 288 (Ex. Send ZM5 to download a Fortune Cookie pic, or Z5 to download a Guru MMS). Or the user can go to the Club zed WAP pages and choose from any of the items featured there (for WAP-capable phone users only). User can also use his accumulated Download Credits to get more items from the Club.
- Download credits allow a Club zed member to get other items in addition to his daily free item.
- Each day a member fails to download a free item, he is assigned ONE Download Credit. These credits accumulate and can be used to download additional tones, graphics, or Java contents, provided that the user has accumulated enough Download Credits.
- Number of credits required to download additional:
- Mono/Poly = 2 credits
- Graphic/Info-Graphic = 2 credits
- Regular Java content = 3 credits
- Premium Java content = 4 credits
- Yes, accumulated credits expire. Credit expiration is set at 12:00AM every Monday. This means that all credits are valid from Monday 12:01 AM to Sunday 11:59PM. The weeklong credit validity aims to encourage download activity in the Club within the week.
- A member can avail of his ONE (1) FREE item within 24 hours of receiving his Club zed daily SMS alert (Old Tech Club member) or WAP push link (New Tech Club member).
